A young artist had the idea of turning a deer hunting trophy into a piece of art and design. The piece was at the Salone Satellite of the Salone del Mobile in Milan last year. She came to us for the sculpture of the creature and for the cast moulding in resin, so that copies could be sold. For every single copy of head of the deer we hand-make a new pair of antlers, turning it into a unique piece altogether. | Una giovane artista ci commissionato la scultura di un daino, un trofeo di caccia che ha trasformato in oggetto di arte e design da presentare al Salone del Mobile di Milano dell'anno scorso. Il Daino e' stato scolpito da noi in plastilina per poi poterne ricavarne copie (in vendita) da stampo in resina. Ogni copia di testa di daino ha la sua coppia di corna fatte a mano, uniche a quella testa. Una volta assemblato e verniciato diventa un pezzo unico nel suo genere. | Credits: |
